Part A — Terms & Conditions

  1. 1. Acceptance of Terms
    By submitting any enquiry, order, or application to OGGREENIA Trading ("Company", "we", "us"), you ("Buyer", "Customer", "Partner") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Shipping Terms, and Privacy Policy in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not submit any form or place any order.
  2. 2. Products & Orders
    All products — including sugarcane bagasse tableware, areca palm leaf items, jute eco-packaging, and related sustainable products — are offered subject to availability and prevailing stock. Prices are quoted in INR (domestic) or USD/EUR (export), excluding applicable taxes and duties, and are valid for 15 days from date of quotation unless otherwise stated. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply as per the current price list communicated by our sales team.
  3. 3. Payment Terms
    Domestic orders: 50% advance payment required at order confirmation; balance before dispatch unless credit terms are separately agreed in writing. Export orders: Payment in full (T/T advance) or against Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) unless otherwise negotiated. OGGREENIA Trading reserves the right to withhold shipment until full payment is realised. Bounced cheques or failed wire transfers will result in immediate order suspension.
  4. 4. Cancellations & Returns
    Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 15–25% restocking/production cost. Custom-branded or bespoke orders are non-cancellable once production commences. Returns are accepted only for goods that are demonstrably defective, damaged in transit (with photographic evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery), or materially non-conforming to agreed specifications.
  5. 5. Quality & Certifications
    OGGREENIA Trading supplies products from partner manufacturers who hold or are working toward relevant food-contact safety, compostability (EN 13432 / ASTM D6400), and quality certifications. Certificates of Analysis (COA) and test reports are available on request. Any quality disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of goods receipt.
  6. 6. Intellectual Property
    All brand materials, product designs, catalogue content, and trade dress belonging to OGGREENIA Trading are proprietary. Buyers may not reproduce, resell under a different brand, or reverse-engineer products without prior written consent. Custom logo/branding services are offered subject to a separate branding agreement.
  7. 7. Limitation of Liability
    OGGREENIA Trading's liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific goods in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from product use. Products are intended for their labelled use only; buyers bear responsibility for compliance with end-use regulations in their jurisdiction.
  8. 8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted through negotiation within 30 days of written notice. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with English as the language of proceedings. For international buyers, UNCITRAL rules apply unless agreed otherwise in the sales contract.

Part B — Shipping Terms

  1. 1. Domestic India Shipping
    Shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu via BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, or road freight. Standard delivery: 4–8 working days (metro to metro); Remote/Northeast India: 8–14 working days. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp/email once the consignment is handed over to the carrier. Freight cost may be prepaid (included in invoice) or to-pay as negotiated. GST on freight is charged at the applicable rate when separately billed.
  2. 2. International Export Shipping & Incoterms
    OGGREENIA Trading ships from Mundra (INMUN), Nhava Sheva/JNPT (INNSA), and Chennai (INMAA) ports. We work with established freight forwarders for FCL and LCL consignments. Supported incoterms 2020: EXW — buyer arranges all freight and customs; FOB — OGGREENIA delivers to named port, clears indian export; risk transfers on loading; CIF — we arrange and pay sea freight + marine insurance to destination port; buyer pays import customs. All export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary certificate where applicable) will be provided as required.
  3. 3. Transit Times (Export)
    Estimated sea-freight transit times: South Asia 5–10 days; Southeast Asia 10–18 days; Middle East 12–20 days; East Africa 18–25 days; Europe 22–32 days; North America (East Coast) 28–36 days. All transit times are estimates and subject to carrier schedules, port congestion, and force majeure events.
  4. 4. Customs, Duties & Import Compliance
    For EXW and FOB shipments, the Buyer is solely responsible for import customs clearance, duties, taxes, and regulatory compliance in the destination country. OGGREENIA Trading shall not be held liable for goods detained, seized, or returned by customs authorities. Buyers must ensure that the products are permitted for import and meet food-contact safety standards in their jurisdiction.
  5. 5. Damage Claims & Returns
    Photographic evidence of damaged or short-shipment goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for domestic orders, and within 7 days of container de-stuffing for export shipments. Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted. Returns of undamaged goods are not accepted for custom or bespoke orders.

Part C — Privacy Policy

  1. 1. Data We Collect
    When you submit an enquiry, order, or onboarding form, we collect: your name, company name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, GSTIN (if provided), business category, order details, and any other information you voluntarily share. We may also collect basic usage data (pages visited, browser type) via standard web analytics for site improvement.
  2. 2. How We Use Your Data
    Your information is used exclusively to: respond to your enquiry or process your order; manage our business relationship; send relevant product updates, price revisions, or new product launches (with opt-out available); and comply with Indian regulatory requirements (GST filings, IEC documentation). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  3. 3. GDPR & International Data Transfers
    If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, you have rights under GDPR: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), data portability, and objection to processing. Data submitted through our forms is stored on secure servers. International transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses as applicable.   4. 4. Data Retention & Security
    We retain business enquiry data for up to 7 years as required by Indian accounting and tax law. Data is stored in encrypted databases with access restricted to authorised personnel only. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
